In 1976, David Sager started in the seafood business. He shipped sashimi #1 grade blue fin tuna to the Tsukiji Market in Tokyo. He sold fresh fish to five-star hotels and restaurants. David worked closely with many world-renown chefs.

With his level of expertise in the seafood business and unrivaled knowledge of all the key players in fish supply, David has been revered as an expert by chefs, restauranteurs, and colleagues alike. David knows fish, and he is able to impart that knowledge on those who have the opportunity to work with him.
